My name is Charissa. I was born in Oudtshoorn,  South-Africa, under the clear African skies.

I am a Primary Health Care Practitioner, Naturopath, Massage Therapist and Laser Light Therapy Specialist with more than 30 years experience in the field of Natural Healing.

Welcome to my Anjali Wellness business where I combine my background in Natural Medicine with the Art of Human Development, Personal and Group Wellness Coaching and Wellness Retreats.

Human being are truly magical and we live in a world filled to the brim with wondrous and magical possibilities.

I love my work with people and dedicated most of my adult life to being in service of others or assisting clients with their health care challenges, from eczema to stroke rehabilitation, menopause to tooth aches .
 
Life reveals ever more of its secrets than any book I have ever read and guides me in the most awe-inspiring manner towards ever deeper understanding of my role on Earth.

One of Life's directives was that I meet Dolphins in my Dreamtime, shortly after 9/11, 2002.

Personally, I have always wished to swim with wild Dolphins. I mean, who doesn't?

Perhaps this is a slumbering desire within most human beings, with its origin in ancient times when such interactions were part of our natural reverential exchange with nature as a Kingdom.

Life chose a time of Planetary chaos to bring me in close contact with the Dolphins, which aligned me with the deeper purpose of my existence, my inherent joy, re-igniting my early childhood Dolphin connection and leading me on a magical rite of passage to the Island of Hawaii.
​
I had forgotten, yet after contact I recalled how dolphins always appeared in my dreams during times of personal transition.

While living in Hawaii I was blessed by many magical meetings with Spinner Dolphins in the wild.
​
Always on their terms and by their invitation.
 
Dolphins have a very clear and deliberate manner of expressing their desire to play or interact with us. 
 
My heart understood that Dolphins and Whales are midwives for the evolution of Human consciousness from ego consciousness to unity consciousness.
​
Yet, it is Unity consciousness without sacrificing the journey to individuation, just releasing the egocentric part of individuation, gained at the cost of so many other sentient life forms.
​
Participating with Dolphins taught me more about  balanced individuation in relation to pod-consciousness.
​
This kind of individuation brings about  the Sovereign sense of the "I am" presence, so often lost under the dust of preconceived societal roles.
This kind of individuation leads to a sense of the  higher Ego, in balanced relationship with life.

I am eternally grateful to these wise teachers in the vast Ocean, who swim in an Oceanic library of starry wisdom and balance our planet with their sonar tones.

It is so magical to work with nature and remember we human beings truly are the Bridges between Heaven and Earth.

Through Bridging inner polarities we co-create outer possibilities.

Diving into the deep wisdom of the Ocean, we experience life with more than just 5 senses. We prepare 12 or more senses of perception for individual and planetary healing, working in collaboration with the Ocean and the Land.
