Into dark heart caves

Knowing whispers in the soul

Pain roars, grief buries deep furrows
For the loss of connection is too
Heavy a burden on the heart

Pain does not dissappear when Joy enters
Pain is a sharp clarity
Of life closed too tight

Grief and sorrow dine at the heart
But do not close the entrance for the deepest desire
to sit beside it

Between love, loss, pleasures and pain

Then bring the mountains on your mind

To the soft Earth so fair,

for a while to bathe there

For the soul would be dull and barren
If not to breathe in her majesty

The great sea of Love
