About Charissa

Charissa is a Primary and Naturopathic Practitioner and Counsellor, with a focus on Natural Integrative Healing Modalities and a love for natural pregnancy and baby care. She designs tailor made Nutritional and Wellness programs for her clients.

Charissa shares 30 years experience working with Natural Remedies and 16 years experience as a Laser Light Therapist. Successfully treated chronic conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Prostate Health, Asthma, High Cholesterol, Anxiety Disorders, Hormonal Imbalances and Depression, sharing her 30 years of knowledge in the field of Natural Integrative Therapies.

Charissa studied Psychophonetics Counselling, based on the life-work of Dr Rudolf Steiner. She incorporates the dimension of somatic awareness and sense-ability in her work.
